This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, particularly the clauses that exempt or limit the liability of the game operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Exemption Clauses"), the clauses that restrict the rights of users (hereinafter referred to as the "Restriction Clauses"), and the clauses that stipulate the methods of dispute resolution and jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as the "Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction "). The aforementioned Exemption, Restriction, and Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Clauses may be highlighted in bold, color-coded, or otherwise reasonably brought to your attention.

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the game services provided by us. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding this Agreement or the game services, you may contact the game customer service, and we will provide you with necessary assistance. By clicking "Agree," "Accept," or "Next," or by registering for and using the game services, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, you must review this Agreement with your legal guardian.

I. Definitions

Agreement: Means the agreement consisting of:
this document;
The Game Rules;
any amendments thereto.

Upon official publication, such components shall constitute binding and integral parts hereof.

Game Rules: Means the user guidelines, player regulations, game announcements, notices, and other regulatory documents periodically issued, modified, or supplemented by the Game Service Provider.
Game: Means the collective term for online games operated by the Game Operator, including computer client games, web games, HTML5 games (H5 games), mobile terminal games, and other formats. The game may be provided in software form, in which case it includes the relevant software and documentation.
Game Services: Means the online operational services related to the game provided to you by the Game Operator.
You (also referred to as "Player" or "): Means the natural person authorized to use the Game and its services under this Agreement.
Game Data: Means all data generated and recorded by the server during your use of this game, including but not limited to character data, virtual item data, behavioral logs, purchase logs, and other related data.

II. Game account

To access the game, you must register an account using your real identity or a third-party account authorized by the Game Operator.
Guest Mode Limitations: In guest mode, you may not make in-game purchases. If you uninstall/reinstall the game or change/damage your device, all guest mode data will be erased and cannot be recovered. The Game Operator bears no liability for such losses.

If using a third-party account, you must comply with that platform's terms and resolve related issues (e.g., account theft) independently.

Account Restrictions: You may not lend, rent, license, sell, or transfer your account without the Game Operator's written consent. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and you assume full liability for any consequences.
If you discover that someone else is using your game account and password without your legitimate authorization, or any other unauthorized use, you can notify the game operator to take measures to suspend the use of this account. After receiving your valid request and verifying your identity, the game operator will take corresponding measures (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of this account) based on the specific situation. If the game operator takes measures according to your request, and this results in losses for you or other users, you will bear the responsibility. If you do not provide valid identity information, or the personal identity information you provide does not match the registered information, the game operator has the right to refuse your request. Any losses caused by this refusal will be borne by you.
You fully understand and agree that in order to efficiently utilize server resources, if you have not used your game account to log in for a long time, the game operator has the right to delete or dispose of the account and related game data and information under the account after giving prior notice.

III. Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information

You are aware and agree that in order to improve our services, we may collect and use your personal information. However, we will strictly comply with the law and protect your personal information. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our "Privacy Protection Guidelines".

IV. Software Licensing

Using the game services may require downloading and installing related software or game resources. You can directly obtain the software and related resources from the official website of the game or from third-party sources authorized by the game operator. If you obtain the game or a game with the same name as the game from an unauthorized third party, it will be deemed that you have not obtained the authorization of the game operator. The game operator cannot guarantee the normal operation of this game and is not responsible for any losses caused to you.
Limited licensing. The game operator grants you a personal license to use the game. You can only use the game service within the scope required for enjoying the service according to the relevant service policies and guidelines. Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, without the written consent of the game operator, you may not engage in the following activities:
Replicating, decompiling, disassembling, translating, or reverse-engineering any part of the program, user manual, or other text, graphics, audio, or video materials of the game, or creating any derivative works based on the game's software.
Renting or selling the game software.
Modifying or covering the service name, company logo, trademarks, copyright information, or other intellectual property statements in the game software, images, animations, packaging, and manuals.
Other activities that violate trademark law, copyright law, computer software protection regulations, and relevant laws and international treaties.
The game operator owns the full intellectual property rights of the game and reserves all rights to commercialize the game. Any rights not explicitly authorized by this article or other clauses of the Agreement are reserved by the game operator. You must obtain written permission from the game operator to exercise these rights.
You fully understand and agree that due to the specificity, complexity, technical limitations, and various restrictions and influences during the operation of the internet, the game operator will:
Not guarantee that there are no vulnerabilities in any system;
Not guarantee that any system can operate normally at any time.

V. User Behavior Guidelines

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you publish and any consequences that may arise.
In addition to using the game service according to the provisions of this Agreement, you may not engage in any activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the game or harm the legitimate rights and interests of the game operator or other third parties.
You must comply with laws and regulations when using the game or the game service. You may not use the game to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Activities that violate the fundamental principles of the law;
Activities that incite ethnic hatred, discrimination, undermine national unity, or infringe upon ethnic customs or habits;
Activities that promote cults or superstitions;
Activities that spread rumors, disrupt social order, or undermine social stability;
Activities that promote obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or incite crime;
Activities that insult, defame others, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Activities that violate social morals;
Other content is prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.
Unless permitted by law or with written authorization from the game operator, you may not engage in the following activities:
Remove any information related to copyrights on game software or its copies;
Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the game software;
Scan, probe, or test the game software to detect, discover, or exploit any bugs, vulnerabilities, or weaknesses;
Copy, modify, add, delete, connect, or create derivative works of the game software or any data generated during its operation, including but not limited to data stored in the memory of any terminal, interaction data between the client and server, or system data necessary for the software's operation, through the use of unauthorized plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services;
Modify, falsify, or tamper with the instructions or data in the software's operation, add, delete, or alter the software's functions or operational effects, or operate or disseminate to the public the software or methods used for such purposes, regardless of whether such acts are for commercial purposes;
Access or use the game or its services through third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by the Game Operator, or create, publish, or distribute such unauthorized third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems;
Use, rent, loan, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, distribute, or create mirror sites of any game content for which the Game Operator holds intellectual property rights.
Establishing mirror sites related to the game, or taking web snapshots, or providing others with services identical or similar to the game service through server hosting or other means;
Separating any part of the game for independent use, or engaging in other uses that do not comply with this Agreement;
Using, modifying, or covering the name, trademark, or other intellectual property of the game;
Other activities not explicitly authorized by the game operator.
If you engage in any of the following acts (hereinafter referred to as "illegal or non-compliant acts") while using the game services, the game operator reserves the right, based on the severity of the circumstances and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and relevant game rules, to impose one or more of the measures specified in the second paragraph of this Article, and to publicly announce the results of such measures:
Implying or falsely claiming to be an internal employee of the game operator or to have a special status in any manner, with the intent to obtain improper benefits or affect the rights and interests of other users;
Using or uploading illegal or inappropriate words, characters, or other content within the game, including for character naming;
Disrupting the game or affecting the normal operation of the game services in any manner, including but not limited to:
Illegal and/or malicious registration or login activities, including but not limited to malicious batch registration of game accounts, and logging into the game by means of disrupting server authentication or maliciously overloading servers;
Maliciously engaging in activities that may cause game server downtime, lag, or result in other players being disconnected or experiencing delays, such as launching DDoS attacks on game servers or other players;
Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain benefits, disrupt the game environment, or adversely affect other players;
Engaging in passive gameplay that disrupts the gaming experience of other users, including but not limited to maliciously harming or killing teammates, malicious teaming, intentionally losing or lowering scores, idling, escaping, intentionally feeding, and other passive gameplay behaviors that negatively impact the gaming experience of users.
Exhibiting abnormal game data that affects the fairness of the game.
Using private servers or cheats;
Using game synchronizers (including but not limited to hardware synchronizers for keyboards, mice, etc., to simultaneously and synchronously control multiple computers for gaming), as well as using any other hardware that may cause abnormal efficiency or benefit data in the game (including but not limited to "auto-clickers," collectively referred to as "cheating hardware");
Disseminating illegal statements or inappropriate information;
Stealing other users' game accounts or in-game items;
Engaging in game account trading, account sharing, or other activities that compromise account security;
Without the permission of the game operator, conducting transactions with other users involving in-game virtual currency, equipment, coins, or other in-game items, or obtaining in-game virtual currency, equipment, coins, or other in-game items or services through purchase, gift, or other means from third parties;
Recharging or purchasing discounted in-game items through unauthorized or unapproved discount channels (e.g., purchasing discounted skins through non-official channels), or entrusting unauthorized third parties to recharge, or using unauthorized third-party software for recharging;
Violating any provision of this Agreement or any relevant laws and regulations;
Engaging in any other behavior widely recognized as inappropriate within the industry.

The aforementioned measures include, but are not limited to:

Issuing a warning, and/or
Imposing a ban on communication, including but not limited to a global ban, single-region ban, or public channel ban; and/or
Resetting content, including but not limited to resetting or forcibly modifying illegal nicknames, room names, images, or other illegal information or content provided or uploaded by you; and/or
Reducing or restricting your in-game benefits, which include but are not limited to all data related to character growth and leveling (such as experience points, honor points, reputation points, titles, etc.) and the acquisition of in-game items, equipment, virtual currency, and other virtual items; and/or
Deleting or deactivating your game account, game data, or other game-related information; and/or
Restricting or prohibiting your access to specific game scenarios or the use of specific game functions; and/or
Forcibly exiting the game (i.e., "kicking out"), including but not limited to forcibly exiting the entire game, a single match, or any other ongoing game activity; and/or
Temporarily or permanently banning your game account from logging into the game (hereinafter referred to as "account suspension"); and/or
Temporarily or permanently banning the specific terminal (including but not limited to PC terminals, mobile terminals, etc.) involved in your illegal or non-compliant acts from logging into the game; and/or
Suspending or terminating your use of the game and related services, or unilaterally notifying you of the termination of this Agreement; and/or
Initiating corresponding civil litigation against you for your illegal or non-compliant acts, pursuing your liability for infringement, breach of contract, or other civil liabilities, and demanding compensation for the losses suffered by the game operator due to your illegal or non-compliant acts (including direct economic losses, reputational or goodwill damages, and compensation, settlement fees, legal fees, litigation costs, and other indirect losses paid by the game operator), or transferring the case to relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or transferring the case to judicial authorities for criminal liability; and/or
Other measures announced by the game operator through game rules (including but not limited to user guidelines, player regulations, game announcements, prompts, and notices).

You acknowledge and agree that due to the concealed nature of cheats and game synchronizers, or their disappearance after use, the game operator has the right to determine whether you have used illegal cheats or game synchronizers based on your game data and abnormal performance.

You acknowledge and agree that if the game operator imposes an account suspension on your game account in accordance with this Agreement, the specific duration of the suspension will be determined by the game operator based on the severity of your violation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

During the suspension period, the in-game virtual currency, equipment, coins, and other in-game items in your game account may become unusable;
If the aforementioned in-game virtual currency, equipment, coins, and other in-game items have a certain validity period, such validity period may expire during the suspension period, and you will not be able to use these expired items after your account is unblocked.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

The Game Operator is the intellectual property rights holder of the Game. All intellectual property rights and related legal interests in the Game, including but not limited to the entirety of the Game, all artistic works, music, text, game elements, components, and dynamically generated visual sequences during gameplay, as well as all information and content associated with the Game (e.g., text, images, audio, video, charts, interface designs, layouts, and data), are protected under applicable laws, regulations, and international treaties. The Game Operator retains exclusive ownership of these rights, except where statutory rights apply to third parties. Without prior written consent from the Game Operator, you may not commercially exploit or disseminate any Game content via information networks.
If the Game provides platform functions or services that allow you to create, produce, or upload content (hereinafter referred to as the "UGC Platform"), you shall ensure that the content created, produced, uploaded, or published by you through the UGC Platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC Content") is lawful, non-infringing of others' rights, and complies with the rules published by the Game Operator on the UGC Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "UGC Platform Rules"). You hereby agree:
If the UGC Content contains elements of the Game (including but not limited to the Game as a whole, all artwork, music, literary works, other components of the Game, and dynamically generated gameplay footage) and/or other content in which the Game Operator holds intellectual property rights, your commercial use of such UGC Content requires prior written consent from the Game Operator and compliance with applicable UGC Platform Rules.
Regarding UGC Content, you irrevocably authorize the Game Operator to use such content in any manner (including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, public performance, broadcasting, modification, adaptation, communication to the public, and use for commercial/non-commercial purposes both within and outside the Game and UGC Platform, collectively referred to as the "Usage Rights"). This authorization includes the right to sublicense or transfer such Usage Rights to third parties. You warrant that such use by the Game Operator will not infringe any third-party rights.
You may only display or use UGC Content within the Game or on other platforms explicitly approved by the Game Operator. Unauthorized distribution on third-party platforms, publication, commercial exploitation, derivative works, or other unauthorized uses without the Game Operator's permission are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
You irrevocably authorize the Game Operator, either directly or through authorized third parties, to enforce rights in UGC Content against infringements. Enforcement measures include monitoring infringements, issuing cease-and-desist notices, initiating litigation or arbitration, and settling disputes, with the Game Operator retaining full decision-making authority.
Where moral rights (including rights of publication, attribution, modification, and integrity) in UGC Content exist under copyright law, you agree that the Game Operator may determine attribution methods based on usage context and waive any claims to assert such moral rights arising from the Game Operator's authorized use under this Agreement.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, all ownership and intellectual property rights in any game data generated through your use of the Game Services shall vest exclusively in the Game Operator, which retains the irrevocable right to retain, manage, and dispose of such data in accordance with applicable laws, provided that the retention period for purchase records of virtual currency transactions shall strictly adhere to statutory obligations under relevant regulations, and retention periods for all other game data shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Game Operator, subject always to compliance with legal requirements.
The Game may utilize intellectual property owned by third parties. If such third parties impose specific requirements governing your licensed use of their intellectual property under this Agreement, the Game Operator shall notify you of such requirements through appropriate means, and you hereby agree to comply with them in addition to the terms herein.

VII. Disclaimer

The Game Services are provided to you on an "as-is" basis. The Game Operator does not warrant that: (i) the Game Services will be free from errors or interruptions, (ii) all defects will be corrected, or (iii) the Game Services will be immune from viruses or any other harmful elements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game Operator hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the Game Operator be liable for any losses incurred by you due to force majeure while using the game services. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to laws, regulations, policies, orders of state authorities of the People's Republic of China, or other governmental actions, as well as unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.
The game may experience abnormal account data (e.g., game characters, virtual items, equipment, or currency) due to software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks, or other factors. Before determining the cause of such abnormalities, the Game Operator reserves the right to temporarily freeze the affected account. If the abnormality is confirmed to result from non-compliant gaming activities, the Game Operator may restore the account data to its pre-abnormal state (including reclaiming transferred data from third parties) without liability to you.
The Game Operator does not authorize you to obtain game accounts, virtual items, equipment, currency, etc., through third-party purchases, gifts, or other means. The Game Operator assumes no responsibility for third-party transactions and will not resolve disputes arising from such transactions.
You fully acknowledge that advertisements, links, or promotional content provided by third parties within the game are independently supplied. You shall assess their authenticity at your own discretion, and the Game Operator makes no express or implied warranties regarding such content.
You fully understand that technical limitations prevent interoperability between different operating systems, which is not caused by the Game Operator. This may result in the inability to transfer virtual currency top-ups and game data across systems. You assume all risks and losses arising from switching between systems and may not hold the Game Operator liable.

VIII. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations

You should comply with relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs in the process of using the Game Services. If your behavior violates local laws and regulations or morals and customs, you shall be independently responsible for it.
You shall avoid involving the game operator in political or public incidents through your use of the game services. Otherwise, the game operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The place of execution of this Agreement is Hong Kong.
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (excluding conflict of laws).
In the event of any dispute or controversy arising between you and the Game Operator arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the dispute or controversy shall first be resolved by amicable negotiation; in the event that such negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) for arbitration.

The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not have any substantive meaning. They shall not be used as a basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding on the parties.

X. Miscellaneous

The Game Operator reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement when necessary, and you may review the latest version of the terms of this Agreement on the relevant page of the Game. If you continue to use the services of the Game after the amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the amended Agreement.
